An influential gang member has been found dead, and his comrades want justice. Coal City doesn't take too kindly to cops, and the denizens are used to solving their own problems - with violence. Unless the officers of the CCPD (you) can solve the murder and bring the perpetrator to justice, the streets will run red with blood.
